I am looking for an easy-going housemate, who doesn't mind going out
and socialising sometimes, but not every night. I've been in the city for 4 years now but still want to increase my friend-base.

In the house you will be sharing with myself and 1 other guy (french), who are professionaly working in Bristol. Its 15 mins stroll from the center of town so plenty of nightlife but its a surprisingly quiet house. When I moved in it used to be a family house so furnishings etc. are all in good nick with a really nice kitchen. Got plenty of cable tv, and a fast broadband connection with cabling. I have a tenant moving on and have the rear
bedroom to let. Its a decent size (you can get a kingsize bed in there with room to spare) and has a south facing window onto the rear garden. Also the rent includes all bills - I have had questions about this so to clarify, I mean:

Electricity, gas, council tax, water, cable, all the broadband
internet you can eat (I can re-activate a hub in the room if you like)
and the extra tv channels.I'm not too keen on people using the telephone landline much but we can probably work something out.

The house has a bathroom with toilet upstairs, and a seperate shower and toilet downstairs. The room is 3.2 x 2.5m,my current tenant has got a double bed, a large wardrobe and shelf space so its a decent size, but primarily a bedroom. The lounge is huge and spills onto a (south facing) terrace over the garden. Btw I just upgraded the bandwidth and tv channels on the broadband (virgin magic box that records stuff too) and will have a paddling pool for the summer. Yay :)

Update: Latest addition to the house has been an allotment on the Bedminster Down site, its a big one and my housemate has most of the lower part, I have the upper bit but can happily make space if anyone wants to grow some veg (you might have to clear some weeds though)
