Would ideally want a 2 bed place (at least 1 double) in good condition with a garden, but will also look at spacious 1 bed places too. We are happy to have either a flat or house on a furnished, part furnished or unfurnished basis.

Both working professionals with a well behaved cat called 'monty' looking for a nice place to make our home for the next couple of years whilst we save to buy our own place.

Ideally looking to spend £650 but will go up to £700 for the right place and would prefer to do this outside of agencies but, again, will consider if the property is right.
