The room will come furnished with double bed, mattress and wardrobe/chest of drawers.

Rent is £365 per month BUT this includes all bills (council tax, tv licence, electricity, water, sky, internet). All in all I believe despite the room size not being huge it is an excellent price, especially given you'd end up paying something like £50 a month elsewhere just for council tax. I would be willing to rent out on a weekly basis too or even a Mon-Fri, just contact me for rates on these.

The development is only a couple of years old so the flat is still in extremely good nick plus it is set back from St Johns Lane so is quiet and an easy place to park. It is in realistic walking distance of Temple Meads train station (20mins walk?) and town (30 mins walk?)

A quick piece about me, I'm a 26 yo male and I work as an accountant for a large food manufacturer. I'm an easy going, non smoker looking to pay off a huge mortgage! I'm deliberately keeping the let short term but this isn't to say that after the agreed period I wouldn't extend the contract if required.
