The Company
Robert Half Management Resources require a Head of Service Quality Management for a large Bank in Central Bristol.
The Role
To be accountable for the delivery of a series of functional services that support the effective management of the data, MI, Commercial Systems and Service Risk of Commercial Banking, namely:The articulation and implementation of the data and MI strategy for Commercial banking combined with day to day management of the commercial data operating model, including Data architecture and Governance, Data Maintenance, Data analysis, Delivery and solutions.Management of a excellent quality service provision for MI and business intelligence for a wide commercial audience whilst focusing on supporting the articulated strategic goals and MTP for Commercial Accountability for Commercials management of IT services and systems within the day to day operational environment and supporting key activities within the commercial transformation programme.The co-ordination and communication of activity relating to service incidents and risk which impact upon the Business Banking Operating Model
Salary & Benefits
