Agama Y O G A : Lecture (asanas in Tantric and Vedantic traditions) and Hatha yoga practice

LECTURE: weekly lecture on the meaning of the asanas (yoga postures) within the tantric and vedantic perspectives; discussion on the effects of the asanas on the functions of the body; energetical circuits, self suggestion.

PRACTICE: asanas, with reference to the theory of the chakras, energy channels, resonance and deep relaxation.

26th June @ 6.30pm,
£4 plus donation, all welcome.
