Working person required to share our lovely home!

We have a recently decorated large unfurnished room with high ceilings in a 3-story Victorian home, close to the handy shops, cafes, and bars on North Street. The house is clean and tidy, sharing with 2 gentlemen and 1 lady, who are all friendly working people. Communal areas include: furnished lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, so no queuing! Both bathrooms have fitted showers as well as baths. In addition there’s Wi-Fi, Virgin media, and a tidy garden.

The monthly rent excludes bills which we all share between us. This works out to roughly £80 per month each for everything.

This is a great location and we all enjoy living here. If you're a sociable and tidy person you'll fit right in!
