I'm doing a favour for my Italian next door neighbours, who have recently lost a family member and are trying to sell their house which is too big for them, and go somewhere smaller.

City road is very central and getting developed like mad because of the new shopping centre, but once inside, the houses are huge and calming, and the garden is just beautiful (and very productive). I've now been inside and there's an Aga in the kitchen too!
