Sharing with 4 girls and 1 boy. all in their 2nd year of university at UWE. We're a lively bunch, who enjoy spending time together, and we are ideally looking for someone easy-going who will be a part of the flat, but who can appreciate that this year will be the hardest year of study for some members of the flat.

The room is a double bedroom on the first floor.

Centre of town- 1 minute from the Waterfront in one direction, 1 minute from the Carling Academy in the other. Close to bus routes and again, only a minutes walk to convinience stores, bars, etc.

Rent is payable as £1005 per quater, NOT including bills.

The first lot of rent(£1005) is due on 1st July.

Deposit (£517.50) will need to be paid A.S.A.P.
