The garden is shared and is accessed from ground floor. There is a good sized bathroom and second bedroom plus lots of cupboard space. The flat is in need of redecoration, and is due for a decent homes refurbishment. The flat is in a very central location close to all amenities and perfectly placed for St.Paus Carnival on Brigstocke Road. The rent is £93.39pw.
I would like to swap for a good sized 3 bedroom property, preferably a house though will consider a maisonette or flat if on the ground floor, (new baby + older child) with direct access to a garden in St. Werburghs, Montpelier, Cotham, Redand, Bishopston, Ashley Down Road, Hotwells, Bedminster, Easton, Eastville etc...(and other places considered) .
