We have secured a three bed maisonette on the edge of Redland/Westbury park and are looking for another person to make the house complete.

We saw this place and fell in love with it. All rooms are good sized doubles and the kitchen, bathroom, lounge, general decor is amazing! It's all brand new and compared to the other stuff we saw is really great. If you see it, you'll want it!

We are two female professionals, 24 and 27, looking for a male or female to join us. Must also be a professional (for council tax reasons!) and must be someone who appreciates that we work hard in the week so want a chilled out, relaxed and crucially clean home.

We are not hermits by any means but want someone who will socialise with us to TV watch, cook etc in the week and go out and do stuff at weekends. No party animals who bring the party home please! May as well say what we are looking for from the beginning so no one is disapointed! That's not to say we don't enjoy a night out on the weekend, just not every weekend night and we want home to be home - keep the party for the bar/club.

One of us is veggie, the other not so veggies and non-veggies very welcome.

Rent will be £317 per month and deposit is 6 weeks rent. Bills will be split equally three ways and we will get the internet set up once we are all in.

If you are a couple, (one room is big enough for a couple) then bills will be split by four.
