TELESALES CONSULTANT

Key accountabilities:

1. The development of business opportunities within the Healthcare division.
2. Achievement of agreed sales targets/objectives.
3. The provision of accurate reports incorporating activity and results.
4. To update and maintain a performance database.
5. To understand and fully comply with the rules of the Financial Services Authority.
6. Attend and participate in sales meetings and to report on own performance.
7. To understand and ensure that own work /conduct complies with the Group’s compliance procedures and subsequent demands by the Regulator.
8. To achieve and maintain ( pr develop) personal skills and competence as laid down in the Group’s Training & competence Scheme(s)

Key technical skills and experience;

1. Good computer skills.
2. Understanding of the Healthcare industry would be an advantage.
3. Sales skills would be an advantage.
4. Good organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. An excellent telephone manner.
6. A’ can do’ attitude to adopt and implement as required.
