Guest Service Assistant (HotelReceptionist)
Reporting into the Guest Service Management team, as Guest Service Assistant you will ensure all guests and persons who come into contact with our business are dealt with professionally.
Duties will include, checking guests in and out, dealing with guest enquiries, up-selling at every opportunity to include taking room reservations, cashiering, light cleaning duties, serving at the hotel bar, assisting with our breakfast service and housekeeping operation.
You must be a passionate individual with very good customer service skills.
Salary meets the national minimum wage.
No experience necessary as full training will be given, however candidates must have good people skills.
