We have a single bedroom available in nice friendly household in Southville just off North Street, near the Tobacco factory. Room comes with single bed, wardrobe and other items of furniture.

The area is really nice and is only a 15 minute walk from the centre.. as well as only 5 mins from the lovely canal.

You would be sharing with 1 guy and two girls (and also a cat)

The house has a bathroom with bath/shower. A decent sized kitchen, a living room, and outside patio area which will be great for summer. The house has wooden floors and leather sofas in the lounge.

We need another person at landlords request. We are looking for a nice friendly person who is tidy and clean but not obsessively so. Someone who will fit in with our relaxed enviroment but enjoy their own space as we do.

I work from home and also DJ/produce music so you must be ok with occational loud music (not all the time obviously).

We would prefer a girl but guys feel free to apply.. we would rather have a professional than a student, but again this is open to discussion.

Rent is £260 a month all inclusive apart from Internet (£6.75 a month)
