There are 4 rooms, one of which is available, newly-decorated and you would share with two professional females and one male in their twenties. We like to try and keep the place clean and tidy, without being obsessive about it and are looking for someone with a similar approach.

Very large kithcen/diner with 2 fridge-freezers and ample cupboard space
Older students are fine, particularly post grad but you'll need a guarantor. The room is not suitable for couples.
Price includes Council tax and water. Other bills including internet are shared.
Some parking and relatively easy on-street parking also.
