You enter our house from the front Driveway. (parking for 2/3 cars)The first door you come to on your left is the downstairs cloakroom with loo and sink The next door is to your right, the large family kitchen. Under the stairs is a storage cupboard. The last room on this floor is the living room with a door out to a rear, sole use garden. This house as a end of terrace has it own side gate(at the front of the house ) with access to the rear garden. The next floor has two double bedrooms and a large family bath room .The third floor has a very large bedroom and a large loft space though a small hatch.This house was built approximately 9 years ago and we have been the only tenants.We live a 3-4 min walk from Wimbledon common and a 6-8 min drive from Richmond park, which has lakes,ponds,red deer,roe deer and a wonderful safe bicycle track all the way round,kids and dogs love it! Good school's , good transport...buses and tube links(southfields) and Wimbledon tennis just down the road this is a lovely part of London and we love it here, but need to move for our autistic son's college place (sept 08)
