This is great job for a passionate Chef De Partie to gain training and responsibility and learn from a well established Head Chef. The kitchen has a growing team who are well established and would be able to give you a lot of training in placing orders, stock control, menu writing and hygiene practises.

The site is North West of Bristol and you will need a vehicle to work there. It is a beautiful site which caters for lunches and evening bar meals, with a good trade in functions and weddings.

Chef De Partie Requirements:
*NVQ Level 1 and 2
*Some experience at Chef De Partie Level
*Experience of running a kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
*Able to commute to the outskirts of Bristol on a daily basis
*Flexibility with shifts
*A good all round knowledge of the separate sections of the kitchen
*Pastry experience would be useful but not necessary

The salary starts at £13,000 increased to £15,000 depending on experience
