The key duties of the job are as follows: -

1. To support the General Manager in maintaining quality customer service
2. To support the General Manager in developing the business
3. To support the General Manager in financial management
4. To lead by example and effectively manage the unit employees
5. To actively communicate with all internal and external customers
6. To support the General Manager in improving the Company image
7. To actively train and develop all unit employees
8. To comply with Statutory requirements

Personality plays a big part with you client and previous new starters have been developed into general managers within a year of starting!

Salary £16,000 - £17,000 – for an experienced Assistant Manager
