We're looking for a female flatmate to share a large house right in the centre of town with 5 others, 3 guys and 2 girls aged 25 to 28.

The room is a furnished double, it's light and airy with plenty of storage space.

We're a very active house, into climbing, mountain biking, surfing, canoeing and running. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and sociable, We often cook and go for nights out together.

The house has all the usual stuff such as dishwasher/ washing machine/ fast wireless broadband/ central heating, plus we have a fantastic climbing wall in the basement!

The rent does not including bills or council tax.

The room is available immediately.

There is no parking with the house, the nearest free parking is about 10 mins walk away.
