Account Handler Personal Lines 2 month contract

Bristol Careers is currently looking to identify experienced candidate with experience of personal lines to work contract account handling role.
Our client is a leading insurance broker with offices based in Bristol. They are well recognised within the market place and are looking for some one with proven experience to come on board and support the Account Handling Director and cover the long term sickness of one of their employees.
Main responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Handling the day to day maintenance of accounts on behalf of the Account Handling Director.
- Marketing new enquiries and renewals to insurers.
- Checking policy and other documentation and preparing Registers and renewal packs for the Account Handling Director.
- Dealing with claims administration where required
To apply for this role you MUST have:
- Knowledge of a insurance (personal lines)
- Ability to liaise effectively with Clients and Insurers.
- Ability to keep records in a neat and clear file record and use the computer to record data.
- Ability to prioritise workloads to make sure that arrangements are made in a timely and compliant manner.
You will be given a basic salary of circa £20,000 DOE. There is potential for ongoing opportunity but we can only guarantee a short term contract at this time.
