This leading Aerospace company is looking for a software test engineer to join them on a contract basis. You will be involved in developing, testing and debugging new and existing software tools for the avionics test rigs.

You will support the development and maintenance of the test rig operating system as well as supporting the configuration and operation of the avionics test rig.

In order to be considered for this role you will have a sound working knowledge of C and C++ for Embedded Real Time systems as well as experience of developing VXWorks Embedded systems and VME based rig development testing and integration. Alternatively candidates with expertise in Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET would also be highly suitable for this role.
