I know what I am at the core
and with that comes the ability
to touch another at the core from the core.
The flow from that is what heals, makes whole.

A session will often be in two parts.
The first part being a reading of your present reality.
with indications about what to do next.
The second part is hands-on healing,
energy work, chakra/energy balancing.
Both parts can go very deep and supplement each other.
A session is a very fluid situation
and may only consist of one of the two parts,
and will mostly be more focused on one of the two parts.

This healing may support a cure of physical
and psychological trauma and illness. It is
not the focus and it does not take the place of
relevant medical attention. The focus has to
do with the healing of the spiritual heart,
with us as awareness, as what we really are,
our essence.
