Infrastructure Support Technician
Based in Bristol, Solsoft are a leading IT support organisation dedicated to providing highly skilled and affordable enterprise-level IT support to small and medium sized businesses across the South West of England and South Wales with the best IT support and advice.
An excellent opportunity exists to work on a busy support desk, dealing with a variety of mostly infrastructure queries from a large client base. This is a challenging role requiring a high level of technical knowledge of:
• Active Directory
• MS Exchange
• SQL Server
Good self discipline, excellent time management and a high level of pride in providing premier support to Solsoft’s client base is required.
Ideally, you will be a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) with:
and#61607; Ability to manage and maintain a Microsoft Network
and#61607; Ability to manage and maintain MS Exchange infrastructure
and#61607; Microsoft Infrastructure problem solving experience
and#61607; Experience with Routing and Remote Access
and#61607; Desktop and PC support experience to strong 2nd line level
With a creative mindset, you will demonstrate good written English, enjoy problem solving and have an ability to prioritise workload effectively.
