Looking for a young professional to share a lovely house with. 2 of us living in the house at the moment, we are outgoing and sociable professionals who enjoy the odd drink out with friends and generally having a good time, plus we are tidy too.

The room is a large double room, overlooking the garden, partly furnished with bed, wardrobe, large chest of draws and mirror.

Modern, nicely decorated house, with all the mod cons. Spacious lounge with widescreen cable TV, a large dining room and spacious kitchen which has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Fast Wireless internet throughout the house.

Large lawn‘d garden, with table and chairs for when the sun does come out in the summer.

Close to many local shops, takeaways and pubs, plus Asda and Tesco within walking distance. It has plenty of direct buses to the Centre (75/76/77/24/25).

It takes up to 30 minutes to walk to the Centre, or 10 minutes driving time. Temple Meads Station is about 20 minutes walking.

The rent is £400 a month, available for couple but it is higher in price.
