This is a beautiful 3 storey end terrace house at the end of Bellevue Crescent, surrounded by trees and totally sheltered from nearby roads - almost like a quiet country lane! Built only 5 years ago it is very light and airy with a lovely big kitchen, lounge, glorious bathroom and 2 toilets. There is a nice garden space out the back with decking for sunbathing and will soon be full of fruit and veg.

We have 1 good sized, bright room left that is available on the second floor, which comes furnished with storage space and double bed if you need it. Bills will be £100 a month, including gas, electric, water, council tax, phone and wireless broadband. This will be reviewed after 3 months, and if it less then bills will be reduced accordingly which will encourage us all to only use what we really need.

We have been living in community (Findhorn, Scotland) and we love it so much that we want to create a similar vibe in this shared house in the heart of bristol. Our intention is for the house to be a beautiful, peaceful, non-smoking, TV-free haven (there will be a TV/DVD for watching films) that is supportive of conscious living...eg: honesty, awareness, non-violence etc... if you want to live here you need to be a BIG fan of recycling!

Please note there is NO room for cars outside the house itself, but it is possible to park along Bellevue terrace. This is an ideal house for folk who like to cycle everywhere!

We are looking for folk who are mature, emotionally literate, friendly, relatively outgoing and preferably with some interest in the non-material/spiritual aspects of existence :-) We hope to promote a close-knit, relaxed vibe in the house with communal meals once a week.

About us:

Madeleine (28) is studying naturopathy and herbal medicine, working as a gardener, loves painting, dancing, singing, all forms of spiritual practice, and cooking, especially baking!

James (27) is studying and working part time. Interested in skilling up for the global power down ie: carpentry, house building and design and sustainable technology. Loves the outdoors, hill walking, surfing, dance, singing and having fun!

The room is ready for the right person to move in straight away :-)
