Job title: Senior Designer

Location: Bristol, Outskirts. Free Parking. Own Transport necessary due to rural location

Salary Scale: 30-33k Depending on Experience

Reporting to: Creative Director

General experience: Working with bluechip organisations, conceptual thinking, can fully express creative thinking, Below-the-line and POP.

Key responsibilities of position:

- To support Creative Director across all aspects of the creative operation.
- Lead creative projects.
- Manage and encourage the design team.
- Operational relationships between internal departments.
- Advising account managers with timings/costs and creative support.
- Ensure all creative work is developed and prepared to the highest of standards.
- Work within the studio guidelines adhering to policies set out.
- Front client meetings both on site and at source.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping.

Work split: creative 90%/client presentations 10%
