Manufactring Production Team Leader
Experienced Manufacturing Production Team Leader required to join this leading international manufacturing company based in Bristol.
Essential Experience:
You will have experience of working within manufacturing high volume complex white goods and, you will have managed teams of 100-150 staff at all levels. You will be the type of person who thrives within a changing environment and can demonstrate a passionate and energetic work ethic.
You will be able to demonstrate your expertise in ensuring delivery of the highest quality at the lowest possible cost, on time and making the best use of the resources available.
You will have board experience within manufacturing at a Supervisor Level and experience of working for a large organisation.
You will be able to demonstrate personal success in the achievement and continuous improvement in productivity, quality, costs and health & safety.
Essential Skills include:
Strong co-ordination and planning; Budgetary control and basic understanding of manufacturing measures; Quality principles; Excellent People Management; working on short term and long term issues.
This company are looking for an open-minded, determined, driven and enthusiastic person who can work independently as well as within a team. Someone who can operate and communicate confidently at all levels and someone who is passionate professional.
In return for the above there is a salary of between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum plus excellent company benefits.
