I have two great double rooms to rent in shared house in quiet cul de sac just off Chessel St in Bedminster.

The biggest room is £395pcm inclusive of bills, it's up in the converted loft, it has a big skylight window, and lots of storage space built into the eves. There is a double bed, wardrobe and small set of drawers.

The smaller room is £350pcm inclusive of bills and has a big window overlooking the garden, it has a new double bed and a built in wardrobe.

To share with me (owner) and one other (tbc) i'm female, 34yrs. The rooms would suit easy going, professional non smoker.
