The company enjoys an extensive client base including, High End Private Commercial, Retail and Industrial clients.
They are now seeking to bring an estimator into their Bristol office. Your role will include.

• Producing accurate prime cost for the project
• Coordinating the tender process
• Developing relationships with design consultants, clients, project managers etc.
• Identifying areas of risk and opportunity
• Developing relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers


To apply you must have at least 2-3 years worth of experience within a preferably a contractor environment. In return the company can offer good work conditions and an excellent support structure. You will be joining a large company with excellent training and a fluid career structure into other parts of their business. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £50,000 depending upon experience, in addition to health cover, pension and a competitive car allowance.
