Customer Service Representatives
You will be responsible for handling inbound telephone calls from existing customers. Your drive and customer focus will help you build rapport with customers and support them in selecting the appropriate products for their needs.
Your service expertise will help you build trusting relationships to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience. You will be working on your own initiative as part of an expanding, vivacious team.
The ideal candidate will have call centre / customer service experience within a service or retail environment. A knowledge of financial services would be advantageous however not essential. You will possess drive, a positive working attitude and enthusiasm to succeed.
Working hours:- 35 per week, 7 hours per day between the hours of 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Salary 13,300 - 15,500 dependent on experience.
