My name is Alice and I am a mental health nursing student and live in landlord. I have a lovely house in Fishponds that’s behind the Bristol to Bath cycle path. It takes about 20-30 min in get into town. It’s near UWE Glenside and St Matt’s campus. It has great garden with built in BBQ, fishpond and herb garden (although not so much in winter) off street parking. The street is quite and neighbours are nice. The house has wireless broadband.

The room is a single and while kind of small there is extra of storage space that it comes with. It’s £280 PCM including bills. Also fully furnished

Me and my housemates are looking for a female student ( so we don’t have to pay council tax) that doesn’t smoke or if they do will do so outside.
The house is very homely. We cook for each other. The other night I came home from a 14 hour shift and my other 2 housemates timed dinner so it was ready when got in the door, they are very sweet.
