I'm a medical student doing a European exchange in Spain for 5 months, and so my rooms up for grabs...
Very cheap room, £272 (+utilities - again very cheap bills; water included); freshly painted, 3/4 size bed, desk, wardrobe etc.
Small flat, great location, just off Whiteladies road, 2 minutes from Sainsburys, no off-street parking, but normally no problem finding a space
I live with 3 very friendly housemates, all students, all male, 2 civil engineers and a MSc historian, all 21-23.
Very cheap, very easy going housemates, great location..
