Professional girl needed for ROOMSHARE in a fully furnished flat located right in the city centre, 5 min walk to Cabot Circus and the Watershed, 1 min to Saint Nick’s! Very handy for the Bristol Royal Infirmary.

You would be sharing this very spacious room with a Spanish girl, currently attending college. We are looking for somebody responsible, house trained and respectful. The current tenants have been sharing this apartment and the room very happily for some time now (sadly enough one of the girls leaves to move in with her boyfriend) and often have dinner together or share a bottle of wine so the atmosphere is quite relaxed and friendly. We would prefer a non-Spanish girl to keep nationalities balanced :-)

The flat consists of 2 very big bedrooms (the other one occupied by a lovely English girl), very good size bathroom (with power shower and separate bath), and kitchen/dinner with all white goods. Only another flat in the building with nice neighbours and the landlord is quite helpful, coming around when something needs to be fixed.

The room can be furnished if required but if you already got your own furniture there’s plenty of space for it. It would be very suitable for somebody living outside the city and coming to Bristol to work a few days a week. Arrengements could be made for the appropriate person.

Rent is £175 p.c.m. It works out at £40 /week!
A deposit of £190 is required.
Bills are £60-70 per month, covering Electricity, Gas (central heating), Council tax, Water rates and Internet.

Room available the 20th December.
