Trying to find someone to take over my lease ASAP as commuting is to Bath is proving too much for me!

The flat is a newly built one double bedroom apartment in a converted cinema. Great location. Neutrally decorated and carpeted. Well sized open plan living space with doors to a private patio garden (also accessible through doors in bedroom). Bathroom with white suite, shower over bath, and heated towel rail. Electric heating, energy saving light-bulbs - all very efficient. Possible off street parking and secure bike shed. Ideal for a couple or single professional.

Offered unfurnished, but with fully fitted kitchen and washer/dryer.

Location is the Old Market/St Judes area, 10-15 minutes downhill walk to Temple Meads and Cabot Circus. Also great for the centre of town.

I need someone to take over the lease ASAP. The rent is £550 per month, and I paid a deposit of £750 (the as I've only been in the flat 1` month, the only damage is some scuffing on the walls I can either repair or accept slightly less on the deposit). The agents are also requesting £115 for reference/credit checking.
