The Company
OfficeTeam are recruiting for a professional, personable HR Generalist, to work in a small HR team for a growing, forward thinking company in the Service Industry.
The Role
Duties will include: Development and implementation of the HR strategy and people plan to support the business.Working as part of the senior management team to implement the agreed people plan ensuring that employees and managers are kept informed of progress at all times Provide leadership and execution on day-to-day operational HR issues Play a key role to the COO and be the eyes and ears of the organisation, providing advice when appropriate, plus be a sounding board for the management team on wider commercial issues within the business Develop and implement appropriate individual and team development interventions to build and increase the effectiveness of the senior leadership team Contribute to the building of resource plans to ensure they are aligned to the current and future needs of the business and implemented with appropriate lead-times Develop a vision and a plan for implementing the style and culture that is appropriate for a successful, results orientated, growing business Leading managing and motivating a small team This is a permanent opportunity, paying 45-50k
