Our client. based in north Bristol, is seeking a versatile and experienced Conference and Events Coordinator to help promote their superb facilities and to ensure that all events run smoothly.
The successful applicant will provide accurate secretarial and administrative support to the Conference and Banqueting Manager in a busy office environment. You will liaise with other departments, handle correspondence and enquiries and negotiate with clients at all levels. You will also possess excellent communication, computer, customer service and organisational skills.
