I'm a professional full time working 26 year old female looking for an unfurnished double room with a garden. I have a 2 year old female cat who doesn't destroy furniture.

I'm a quiet person, mostly keep to myself and sociable, but I prefer a house that is at least a bit clean. I do clean up after myself and prefer housemates to do the same as i'm currently living with housemates who do not.

I'd prefer to live with singles and not couples.

I have my own bed so need a partly furnished or unfurnished room. And if possible an internet connection , maybe wireless. I also have a car so i'd need at least off street parking.
