Trainee Recruitment Consultant

 Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
 Location: Bristol
 Salary: £15,000-£20,000 basic, with OTE £35K in the 1st year and £70K+ in the 2nd

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be in control of your own business and readily influence your earnings by the way you work. The role of Recruitment Consultant involves cold-calling businesses, developing client relations and identifying their recruitment needs; you will then source candidates for the roles, sell the candidates in to the Client and control the interview and placement process. The successful candidates will show confident negotiation and sales skills, which can be transferred when discussing fees and objections with Directors and Senior Management. Our Client, will provide you with recruitment training and consistent support, helping you to achieve success and promotion to Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant and Team Leader.

Our Client offers a competitive basic wage with uncapped commission, which could see you earning £35,000 within your first year as a Recruitment Consultant. Our Client also offers further incentives including company car targets (offering Porsches, VW Golfs and Aston Martins), holiday targets (with trips to New York, Las Vegas, Paris), Company lunches to Michelin starred restaurants and more.
