Alutarius Healthcare Group require a Care Home Manager for one of their residential homes in Weston-super-Mare. The home specialises in delivering excellent quality of care to elderly residents, within a small, friendly home, which is situated close to the seafront. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and a satisfactory 3-month probationary period.

Applicants must have complete CQC registration, NVQ 4 in Management/Leadership or equivalent and experience in a care home deputy management position. Computer knowledge, the abililty to promote the business and to work flexibly with a proactive/hands-on approach to work would be an advantage.

40 hours per week including weekends and supernumerary time.
Wage to be discussed.
