Rent is £337.50pcm but as my room in the flat is slightly bigger would be willing to reduce your share. Flat has own parking, is close to local shops, pubs, cafes etc and only 5 minute walk to bus stops on the major road into city centre and out to cribbs causeway.

and the two bedrooms
and a small veranda

The flat is unfurnished but i am able to supply furniture for all the house except for the other bedroom.
