Our leading client, an expanding legal 500 firm are looking to add an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to their contacts team based in Bristol.

The team have an excellent reputation and have a consistently high quality caseload, due to increasing levels of work and planned expansion of the team our client are now looking to appoint a new solicitor to the team

Duties and Responsibilities:

To provide high quality and professional advice to an established client base
Handle a caseload of fast and multi-track contract litigation files
Conduct own advocacy in chambers as required
Adhere to agreed timescales and service levels (where in place)
Work closely with management and partners on high level cases
Drafting own documents as required

Skills:

Candidates should have proven experience of managing a varied caseload of contract litigation cases, including; Commercial and Consumer Contact Disputes, Construction Disputes, Misrepresentation on a private or LEI funded basis
Experience of Fast and Multi Track Contract Litigation using Civil Procedure Rules
Candidates should have a varied skill set that includes high level Communication (Both Written and Verbal), Negotiation, Litigation, Advocacy, IT and Organisational skills
