Developer (Asp.net Sql Server)
Based in Bristol, Solsoft are a leading IT support organisation dedicated to providing highly skilled and affordable enterprise-level IT support to small and medium sized businesses across the South West of England and South Wales with the best IT support and advice.
Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager within our highly motivated IT team, application development and support task responsibility including:
• Microsoft SQL Hosting Platform Management
• Microsoft .NET Content Management Package
• Microsoft .NET (typically VB but some C#) application design
• Classic ASP and HTML/CSS and JavaScript support for some legacy websites
• Windows SharePoint Services / Office SharePoint Server configuration and integration
• Microsoft SQL Reporting Services
You will be able to manage your own time and projects and maintain the highest level of contact directly with the clients and suppliers associated with a project.
Working with our sales team, you will occasionally visit our clients to suggest / design / develop web applications to provide solutions which meet the client’s business needs.
Specific Experience
and#61607; High level of technical experience with CSS/HTML, ASP.NET
and#61607; Technical experience with MS SQL Server
and#61607; Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
and#61607; Knowledge/awareness of Microsoft SharePoint Services and an interest in learning about Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
Other
and#61607; Microsoft Development MCP (SQL/ASP) - preferred but not essential.
