Our house is missing a room mate!
Single south facing room available from 1st July.
The room can be either unfurnished or furnished- it has a built in cupboard too.
Rent is £260 in advance plus £100 deposit, this includes all bills (works out about £70 each in rent), council tax, wireless broadband and digi telly, a phone line is also available, with own connection in room. There are no other admin fees, and is not through a shitty letting agency.
The room could be good for somebody looking for short term accommodation; however somebody who is looking to stay longer than a few months would be preferred!
The house is in a quite neighborhood very close to Victoria Park, with off-street parking, a garage/studio and a fun garden with a big pond, if you have green fingers thats a bonus!
Looking for either a student or professional, any age, gender or sexuality welcome!
we also have a lovely playful cat and many goldfish.
