Customer Service Executives

We are currently recruiting for one the UK's leading outsourced contact centre providers which has eight exciting vacancies in our central Bristol (BS2 8QY) office for full-time Customer Service Advisors to join our new client account for the world’s leading direct savings bank.

Pay rate: £6.20 per hour.

Start date: Monday 21 September 2009.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, including Bank Holidays (except Christmas Day and Boxing Day), however some flexibility is required.

Essential Requirements:

GCSE C and above or equivilent in Maths & English
Excellent Credit history as CRB checks will be undertaken prior to start dates
Stable Employment History
Previous Call Centre or Customer Service / Sales is essential

Duties Include:

The main purpose of the CSA role is to act as an initial point of contact for customers, respond to and resolve customer enquires and complaints as well as perform transactions and customer care activities.

The service we will provide informs existing and potential customers about saving products for this leading bank, provides accurate and timely information regarding customer accounts and promotes additional beneficial saving products where appropriate.

PLEASE READ:

Training will take place over three weeks from Monday 21 September to Friday 09 October. The first week’s training will take place at Teleperformance in Bristol and the remaining two weeks at our client’s offices in Cardiff. Following this, the next five weeks will also be spent in Cardiff taking calls before returning permanently to Bristol from Monday 16 November. Hours (including the travel time) for the days in Cardiff are 8.30am to 6pm. Transport will be provided and your travel time will be paid. Applicants must be able to attend 100% of the training.
