Boxercise Circuit sessions

Location: Bristol

On Mondays at 730pm-830pm on the Downs CLIFTON.
The meeting point will be next to the Cafe near the water tower. The circuits will include exercises such as: press up's, various abdominal exercises, skipping, core stability exercises, squat thrusts etc....
The class at the moment is just boxercise and will change to boxercise circiuts on MONDAY 4TH AUGUST.

This will be a popular class and i already have 12 attending the boexercise class. The maximum for the circuits will be 25.
