A spacious double room will be available from mid June in a 2bed flat situated on the outskirts of Kingswood... approx 10-15min from bristol city centre and appox 20 min into Bath centre. Its only a couple mins from the ring road.
Close ammentities include a 24hr asda, esso garage, a leisure complex, which includes Fitness First, Cinema, restaurants and bowling and then theres Kingswod highstreet with its local shops and restaurants.
There is a bus stop outside the complex or there is off street parking. The flat is in the middle of the complex and so the surrounding houses and flats block any noise from the road.
The flat is a 2bed, it has a large living room with dining area and a separate kitchen and 1 bathroom. The room available is furnished with a double bed and mattress, curtains and a wardrobe with mirror and draws.
Flat facilities include washer/dryer, freeview tv, internet connection.

You will be living with myself - I'm a 21yr old professional and I work mixed hours. I'm friendly, sociable - I like going out and having a good time but also chiling and watching dvds etc.
