Customer Service Team Supervisor

Our client is a leading healthcare insurance organisation based boasting modern office in central Bristol and have been voted in the ‘Times top 100 companies to work' for the past 4 years.

Due to their success they are currently looking to recruit an experienced team supervisor to manage, lead and develop a team within the customer services division ensuring service standards are met, encouraging effective teamwork and developing individuals within the team to maximise their potential

Duties will include:
- Ensuring consistent delivery of agreed service standards.
- Meeting individual objectives as agreed with your Team Manager in line with business objectives and company strategy
- Delivering customer service processes that are compliant and treating customers fairly, ensuring that the customer is central in all that we do.
- Making recommendations and overseeing improvements where appropriate
- Conducting annual performance reviews and monthly 1:1s with each member of your team reviewing and setting agreed objectives and competencies in line with business need.
- Coaching and developing members of your team to deliver the business objectives and develop individuals' personal strengths.

Successful candidates will have previous supervisory experience and possesses excellent communication and man management skills.

A background within customer services from within a corporate environment is crucial, however, previous experience from within insurance industry would be an advantage but is NOT essential.
