I've got single a room available in about two weeks in hotwells. Its in a house with three girls and one guy. The girls are all super sound and are art students studying at bower ashton. Two study textiles and one graphic design. The other guy is canadian who's been living with us for about a month. He's cool to. The tenancy is until the end of july. Its a nice single room with two large windows a desk and a chest of draws, the deposit is one month rent and i'll cover any costs to do with agency fee's.I've lived here for about 7 months and I'm only leaving because my mate is moving back from london sooner than i thought and i want to get a flat with him next year.
