We are renting out our second bedroom in our beautiful home in Chipping Sodbury for approx 6 months.

NO COUPLES OR DSS

Its a double room and has lots of storage space, it can come with a futon and a set of draws if needed.

We are a professional couple looking for someone who likes to spend time on there own, not to say you couldnt sit with us but we do like our space.

The house has a lovely garden, TV, HD Sky and all normal kitchen facilities, however the kitchen is fairly small so again a rota of some sort would have to be sorted out for meal times etc.

You would also have your own parking space out the front. The house is 5 mons walk from Yate shops and Chipping Sodbury High Street.

The only other resident is our cat so please do not apply if you are allergic.

The rent will be £325 including all bills, and a bond of £300 will be required when you move in with a months rent upfront.(to be used as last months rent)
