We are currently seeking experienced consultants to work “warm” desks within the Health & Social care industry.

Based in our Clifton offices you will work as part of a small, friendly team taking responsibility for running a desk with established clients and a successful history of placements. We are part of the second largest Recruitment Consultancy Group in the world and as such offers the opportunity for future travel and work around the world.

Your responsibilities will include canvassing existing clients for jobs as well as winning new business; selling in our services to clients and engaging our candidates’ interest in roles; developing new business via telephone contact and visits and writing advertisements among other things.

You should have a good telephone manner and be skilled at building rapport quickly with clients and candidates alike as well as possessing a real drive and hunger to succeed over the competition and make money. Furthermore, you should have a sense of humour and enjoy working independently within a small team, using your initiative to constantly identify new business opportunities. Salaries range from £17,000 to £21,400.
