Frundraising Administrator Part Time

Wallace & Gomit's Grand Appeal is seeking an organised administrator for 16 hours per week.

Key Responsibilites
The Fundraising adminstrator will be a expected to organise fundraising records and liaise with supporters, specially to:
Ensure supporters recieve fundraising materials accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and ensure funds are received in time.
Assist with the processing and acknowledge gifts and donations received
Specific Tasks

Assist with processing donations recieved
provide an efficient gift acknowledgement service donors
fundraising support
despatch fundraising materials and general support to supporters and donors
maintain accurate records to fundraising events and participants
track donations recieved against registered events and participants
ensure adequate stock of fundraising materials are maintained
collate and process adminstration relating to appeal fundraising events
track, despatch and follow up collection tins
General
Provide adminstratrative support to the office including answering the telephone, ordering stationery and opening/sending post.
Assist with website updates where appropriate
process the monthly lottery draw
represent the charity at th cheque presentations (if required)
organise dates for supporters to skydive
help at events (if required)
Greet callers at the door
other admin as required
